1. We accepts order cancellations in 24 hours. 

2. We offer returns and exchange within 14 days from the date you received it. 

3. Buyers are responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs. 

4. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

5. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. 

6. Returned stock item must be in original condition and box. Items must not be sized, worn or damaged, all original tags must be attached. 

7. Items returned not in the original condition, we may apply up to a 50% restocking fee. 

8. We typically process returns within 2 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our warehouse. 

9. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card issuer's policies. 

10. Any customs and import taxes are non-refundable.

*** Shipping Policy ***

1. Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm PT will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

2. We only ship to the original confirmed address that was provided by buyer when you place an order. 

3. We do not guarantee delivery by the estimated delivery date for any carriers. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer. 

4. All Domestic and International estimate shipping charges can be provide an instant shipping quote at the checkout.

5. USPS is our shipping default carrier. Please contact us for a quote for other shipping carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS...etc. 

6. U.S. domestic estimated shipping time frame: USPS Ground Advantage takes 3-10 days, USPS Priority Mail takes 3-5 days. 

7. Once an order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and shipping carrier. You can track the order by yourself on the carrier website. 

8. If carriers tracking states delivered but no package, lost, delay. Buyers will need to contact their carriers to report that they haven't received it. 

9. For USPS International estimated shipping time frame: USPS International First Class Mail /Standard International (estimated 7-13 weeks to receive depending on customs & shipping services in your country). USPS Priority Mail International (2-7 weeks).
