Callouts: Major flaws will be pointed out. Minor wear and tear should be expected. Major flaws are holes, rips, missing pieces, extremely dirty. Minor wear is residue in a change compartment, rubbing on the corners, tarnished zippers on a vintage item. There is also always a chance the bag has been touched up with paint. I will try to point this out, but sometimes it is hard to tell. Remember this is a preloved item and will show unique characteristics. You are not purchasing a new handbag.
Returns: This is a final sale, and no returns are accepted. The only exception is a discrepancy between the listing and item received. Returns will require photos to be sent prior to return being approved. Keep all shipping materials. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. The purse must be back in my possession within 30 days of sale. The purse must have all attached tags, maintenance cards, manufacturer cards, COA, dust bag, straps, etc. sent back. Items which have been subjected to any cleaning, conditioning, dye, baby wipes, or balm cannot be returned. If used incorrectly the cleaners, etc. can damage the integrity of the item and reduce its value. The purse must be in the exact same condition as when it was sent. Any change in condition will decrease the amount of money returned.
