There is some khaki color transfer on the leather of the zipper opening and the canvas material inside.
The body of the bag is slightly misshapen.
The waist belt (strap) is stained in places and has buckle marks, and there are small scratches on the handle.
There are stains on the inside. There is a light stain inside the outside pocket. There are scratches and dulling on the hardware.
There are scuffs and light black spots on the monogram flowers (on the corners and bottom of the bag).
There are no other notable damages, and you can still use it.

As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.
