Interior document compartment has two pockets and two pen holder compartments. The two leather interior leather pockets were peeling and had a leather piece put in on the interior doc pockets to help protect items. The generic leather pieces in the pockets are not permanently attached but fit inside the pockets - they are included. -see photos.
